3 Weeks Party - Part 6Fluttershy's cottage became clearer in the distance as Applejack made her way closer to their destination. After leaving the sight of the local ponies, Fluttershy had once again flown on top of Applejack and rested on her back. "Comfy, Sugarcube?" The orange mare asked, smiling as several kisses to her neck answered the question. Applejack thought back to the first time she made this journey, with her lover on her back walking home from the party, she remembered how unsure she felt of herself, of Fluttershy. Those feelings seemed so alien to her now, the very idea of their love being wrong seeming like a foalish fallacy to her. 'Then ah was still a foal a day ago.' She reminded herself, as she approached the open door of the cottage.
Fluttershy slowly hovered off her lovers back as she looked around her home. The furniture was covered in muddy paw prints of differing sizes and one of the curtains had been torn down. She looked over to the rabbit sitting down on the couch. "Oh Angel Bun
3 Days Regret - Part 6Fluttershy gently brushed Rainbow Dash's mane from her face, smiling down at her hoping she would return the smile. She looked up from her unresponsive friend to the nearby white mare, Rarity paced nervously around pausing to stare towards Ponyville every few seconds before returning to her aimless trot. Rarity brought her gaze over to her concerned friend before almost bursting into tears. "I know! I'm terrible. I should be looking after Rainbow Dash but I can't stop worrying about my dear Twilight Sparkle." Rarity continued trotting as she spoke. "I just, I don't know what I would do if she got hurt. If I am not there to help her!"
"She's safe. Applejack is with her. She will keep her safe no matter what happens." Fluttershy looked over to her worrying friend as she spoke, the pacing mare slowly regained eye contact as the reassurance soothed her. "I trust her." Fluttershy slowly looked down from her friend, blushing slightly. "I love her, she will always be there for me. She will be
3 Days Regret - Part 7Celestia's burning sun hovered sternly out of reach, basking Ponyville with the light of the inevitable day. All Rainbow Dash could do was wait, wait for her hopes and dreams to crumble around her as her friend's voices echoed in her ears. 'You will see your girlfriend tomorrow.' Rainbow's hoof slowly slid down the pane of glass as she lowered her sight from the window feeling the recurring pain as she limped over to Rarity's bed. Rainbow gazed down to her best friend curled up in a ball, breathing delicately in her sleep. "I'm sorry." She whispered before limping towards the door.
Before she could reach the door Rainbow felt something grip around her leg. "Where are you going?" With a sad sigh the injured mare turned to face Fluttershy who's hoof held her in place.
"I just, need some air."
"You just came from the window." Fluttershy responded unmoving from her grip, staring up at her best friend.
Rainbow looked away, wishing she didn't have to talk. "How long have you been watching me
3 Days Regret - Part 3Applejack lay awake in bed holding her legs around the shivering pegasus by her side. Though Fluttershy remained asleep the earth pony could feel the discomfort in her lover, as if suffering a terrible nightmare. Applejack looked up from the bed to gaze out the window, the outside world was barely visible befitting the early morning before Celestia's sun had fully risen in the sky. The longer she gazed outwards the more her emotions faltered, almost as if feeling pain that wasn't hers. Her thinking cut short before it could elaborate itself as the pony in her hold began to cry.
"It's ok Flutter, Ah'm here." Applejack held her lover closer covering as much of her trembling body in the embrace as possible. "Ah'm here, it's ok." She could feel Fluttershy accepting the embrace, comforting her, but ultimately not being enough to stop her crying. Even for Fluttershy crying to such an extent due to seemingly nothing wasn't normal, especially after discovering love. As Applejack continued to c
3 Days Regret - Part 8Nurse Redheart sat characteristically silent in the equally quiet reception of Ponyville's large, but mostly vacant hospital. The caring mare finished compiling the files of last weeks patients, once again filing the majority of the cases under mass paranoia, this time from the use of the word 'virus' in one of the Mayor's speeches. As the nurse closed the drawer she felt an all to familiar invasion nuzzling its way into her mane, breathing warm air across her pearly white coat. "Are you still on for Friday night?" The bold but comforting voice asked through the hairs.
"I don't remember hearing about another date." Redheart slowly turned her head to view the stallion smiling back at her. "Or accepting it for that matter."
Doctor Stable kept his gaze consistent, staring into the nurse's jewelled eyes. "I'll book us a table." The orange colt rose back to his hooves upon seeing his date blush before staring up at the clock, its barely audible ticking filling the silent room. "I take it th
3 Weeks Party - Part 7Celestia lay in front of her writing desk, her angelic mane rested still flowing on the bedrooms carpet. The Princess gave a soft sigh as she gazed back to the desk, there were several parchments along the rim containing half finished orders to several of her subjects. Among the orders lay a single, blank scroll with a quill resting at its base. Celestia gave another small sigh, she wondered if it was maybe her hundredth of the hour. She knew all to well the reason for her distress. 'Twilight Sparkle, who is it you love?' Celestia kept loosing herself to her thoughts and worries. She loved and cared for Twilight like a sister, at first she feared it was the same as with her real sister, Princess Luna. But as their time passed together she could feel no desire for the young unicorn. Though this relieved her worries, it still upset her until the conclusion of the Summer Sun Nightmare event.
Celestia looked up to her grand bed, tucked into the covers lay the resting figure of her sister.
3 Weeks Party - Part 2It was closing time for Sugar Cube Corner. Mrs. Cake was changing the sign on the door to 'closed' while her husband was finishing cleaning the last of the tables. "I'll go let Pinkamena know, dear" Mrs. Cake told her love as she went upstairs to Pinkie's room. They didn't have a foal of their own, and looked after Pinkie Pie as her parent figures. When she first appeared in Ponyville years ago, Pinkie was only a small pink filly and her mane was strait from sadness and the rain. The couple soon found out she had no family nearby, if any, and feeling sorry for her they decided to adopt her, at least until her parents could be found. She was such a sad pony back then.
"AH! No you didn't see anything we weren't doing that your imagining it there's nothing going on!" Pinkie yelled as her door swung open. The pink pony was holding the plush of Rainbow Dash which she quickly swung from her mouth to behind her back.
Mrs. Cake was sure of one thing, Pinkie had gotten happier since the early d
3 Days Regret - Part 1Twilight Sparkle was woken by the light from Celestia's midday sun shining through the window, the intense light barraged her closed eyes stirring her from her sleep. The lavender pony was comfortable unlike most mornings, her back wasn't in pain as it was after nights spent on the floor of the library, but in fact felt massaged and soothed. Twilight enjoyed the feeling as she readied herself to sleep in, though it wasn't long until a new beam of light distressed her eyes again forcing her to wake. As her eyes opened the blazing light caused her to flinch, as her gaze began to come into focus the light resided behind a figure looming over her. Only a second passed before her eyes focused enough to make out the figure before her sight, a beautiful white mare sat by her side shielding her from the window's light. "Good morning Twilight Sparkle." Rarity said sweetly, brushing her hoof over Twilight's mane. "I was close to needing to say good afternoon." She laughed lightly continuing to p
The BeginningHe told them, of course. He told those idiots everything, the whole damn story, including the blunder he'd made, and its consequences. Looking back on it later, he realized he had probably been in shock the whole time. It made sense, anyone would have been.
Soph was about twenty years old, and he'd been that way for a couple of years already, ever since the Hoarde had started attacking humanity from the past. Every day that passed, they ate at another day in the past. It sickened him. Those creatures had absolutely no regard for proper time and causality protocols.
It didn't seem to affect anyone else that way, though.
The Hoarde was the result of a human creation, of course, like everything bad in the world, though no one else knew about them. Then again, no one else had undiluted access to the power of creation. Even he didn't know much about the Hoarde, only that they appeared through some tear in The Fabric of The World and started killing people off. They appeared at some point in
